I have a question for you. Do some of the people in Japan (in the city parts) have gardens on their balconies or yards? Like they do here in the US? It is a 'thing' there or has it been going on for years (in city areas)? I can imagine those in hillsides or those with a lot of land have gardens. But I was curious about those who live in the city.
